Caller Memory

Nothing says "a shop that knows you" like being remembered. When a past customer calls back, Caller Memory knows who they are from their number, remembers what the last call was about and whether anything was left hanging, and greets them like a regular instead of a stranger. It never uses a voiceprint, and it works only from the call records you already keep.

Included on every plan, no extra charge

How it works.

Knows who is calling

It matches the incoming number to past calls, so a returning customer is greeted like a regular and never treated like a first-timer. A number it has not seen just starts fresh.

Picks up where you left off

It carries the last call into this one: what the job was, how that call ended, and whether anything was left open. So when someone opens with "any word on that thing yet," it already knows what the thing is.

Discreet by default

It uses what it knows, it does not read it out. Caller ID says which phone is calling, not who is holding it, so your receptionist never recites a past job, a price or a detail to whoever picked up. It waits for them to bring it up.

Never a voiceprint

It recognizes people by their phone number and your saved call history, not by their voice. First AI Employee never creates a voiceprint, and it only uses the records you already keep, within your recording and retention settings.

Built in from Essential up

Caller Memory comes included on every plan, right alongside Front Desk. There is nothing to buy: your receptionist gets sharper the more it talks to your customers.

Included, not an extra.

Unlike the premium add-ons, this one isn't à la carte. It ships with every plan from Essential up, at no extra charge: part of what your receptionist already does, with nothing new to switch on.

Already in your plan.

Caller Memory ships free from the Essential plan up, with nothing to bolt on and nothing extra to pay. Start the receptionist and it’s already working.
