Emergency Dispatch
Turn the calls you sleep through into your highest-margin jobs. After hours, it prices the emergency at your rate, finds a tech who wants the premium work, and books it.

How it solves the problem.
Quote the premium work up front
On a real after-hours emergency it offers your surge rate up front: “a tech can come tonight for $X, or I can book you tomorrow at standard.”
Find an available tech without waking the owner
When the caller chooses tonight, it texts your on-call roster. The first person to reply YES claims the premium job and confirms they are free.
Book it before the caller goes elsewhere
It confirms the price and ETA, books the slot, and dispatches the job with the Job Briefs photo so your tech can arrive prepared.
