Do clients get their own business subdomain?
Yes. First AI Employee clients get a dedicated faedoc subdomain based on their business name, such as jacksplumbing.faedoc.com, for their hosted business site and secure submission links. This is separate from your Front Desk storage allowance. Hosted Forms links use forms.faedoc.com.
What counts as a workspace user?
The account owner, active human members, and pending human invitations count. AI employees, service accounts, API keys, integrations, and deactivated members do not consume workspace users.
What happens if I change tiers?
Your customer and job records and existing people are preserved. New invitations and reactivations wait until the workspace is within its current limit or you upgrade.
Does Front Desk unlock paid Forms?
No. Front Desk and Forms are separate products. A qualifying paid AI plan can include both according to its bundle.
