One flat price.
No surprises.
One price per plan, every month. No per-call charges, no setup fee, no contract. We build and tune the whole thing for you, and it's launching soon.
Two ways to answer.
One picks up the phone. One handles everything people type: your website chat, your reviews, your inbound email. Run either on its own, or both. Pick one to see its plans.
Pick your plan.
Essential and Basic include a generous monthly minute allowance; Standard scales higher. Every tier is the same done-for-you receptionist, built and tuned by us.
And every price is right here, the same for every customer. No “contact sales” to find out what it costs, no special rate you only get if you push, no wondering whether the shop down the road got a better deal. Want more? You choose it: upgrade a tier, or switch on overage. Nothing turns on, or bills, unless you decide it.
Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime. New customers have 7 days from a charge to request a full refund, 3 days once you've been with us 45 days.

How minutes work: All plans are metered with a small built-in buffer. Call time counts from connect to hangup in 15-second blocks, rounded up, so every answered call uses at least one block. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period, and unused minutes don't roll over. As you approach your allowance we'll reach out so you can upgrade; we never bill a surprise overage. Prefer flexibility? Opt-in overage is available at $0.20/min; Basic and Standard add outbound texts at $0.05 each, and Standard drops the minute rate to $0.10: it's off by default, so you're never charged a surprise, and you can switch it on any time so you're never capped mid-month. Filtered spam and robocalls don't count against your minutes. If one slips through and we verify it, those minutes come back 1:1 and land in that month's available minutes at no charge, with nothing for you to report. The credit ends with the billing period. The full measurement rules, with worked examples: How we measure minutes.
SMS: every plan includes unlimited inbound texts. Outbound texts come with Basic and Standard. Need more outbound? Add 500 for $25, one-time or monthly, on top of your plan. The SMS pack is available on Basic only. Texts are counted in segments, the unit carriers move them in: up to 160 characters is one segment, and a longer message counts as more than one. Emoji and some special characters switch a message to an encoding where one segment holds 70 characters, so a short message with an emoji can count as more than one.
What this could save you.
An example, not a quote. Drag the slider to what you'd pay a front-desk hire, and compare it to a receptionist that answers around the clock on a flat monthly plan. Your costs will vary.
Pricing questions
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
One flat monthly price per plan: Essential is $99 for 400 minutes, Basic $249, and Standard $399 for higher volume. There's no setup fee, no per-call charge, and no contract. AI Chat & Replies, our other product, starts at $25 a month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A 7-day free trial puts the voice receptionist on your own line, capped at 400 minutes and custom-trained on your business. A card starts it, and you can cancel any time before it ends without being charged. When the 7 days are up it becomes the Essential plan ($99/mo) unless you cancel first.
Do you charge per minute?
Not by default. Your price is flat inside your plan's monthly minute allowance. If you'd rather not be capped during a busy stretch, you can opt in to overage at $0.20 a minute ($0.10 a minute on Standard), and Basic and Standard can add outbound texts at $0.05 each, but it stays off unless you turn it on, so there's never a surprise charge.
What happens when my included minutes run out?
Nothing you didn't choose. Overage is off by default, so we never quietly start metering. If your month is tracking past your allowance, we reach out and you decide: move up a plan, switch on overage at the published rate, or stay put. Filtered spam and robocalls never count against your minutes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's month-to-month with no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty, and you can cancel yourself from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your recordings and transcripts are deleted within 14 days, and we keep only what the law requires, such as records of consent.
Pick your plan.
Each tier carries two allowances: chat messages and email replies. Review replies are uncapped on all three, so the number you are choosing between is how busy your site and your inbox get. Essential is also the add-on that puts all of this on an AI receptionist, if you would rather run everything from one place.
Same as the receptionist: every price is on this page, the same for every customer. No “contact sales” to find out what it costs, and nothing turns on or bills unless you switch it on.

How the allowances work: one chat message is one visitor message the assistant answers, not a whole conversation, and one email reply is one draft it writes for you. Review replies are never counted on any tier. Both allowances reset at the start of each billing period and unused ones don't roll over. Locations step up with the tier: Essential covers one, Basic up to three, Standard as many as you run.

Pricing questions
How much does AI Chat & Replies cost?
One flat monthly price per tier: Essential is $25 for 5,000 chat messages and 1,000 email replies, Basic is $49 for 15,000 and 3,000, and Standard is $99 for 50,000 and 10,000. Review replies are uncapped on all three. No setup fee, no per-chat charge, no contract.
Why is website chat sold together with review and email replies?
Because it is one trained assistant doing one job in three places. The same knowledge of your hours, services and pricing answers a visitor at midnight, writes the reply to last night’s review, and drafts the answer to the email about Saturday hours. Splitting that into two products meant two bills and two logins for the same brain, so we stopped.
Can I buy this with the AI receptionist?
Yes, and it is cheaper that way. The Essential tier doubles as a receptionist add-on for $25/mo, on the same bill and the same login. The receptionist Standard plan includes one premium add-on free, and this is one of the two you can pick.
What happens if I run out of chat messages?
We reach out before you get there rather than after. There is no automatic per-message billing on this product, so nothing meters you by surprise. You decide whether to move up a tier or leave it as it is.
Is there a free trial?
Not on this one. The 7-day free trial is for the voice receptionist, which we can put on your own line to hear. For AI Chat & Replies, we build it, train it on your business, and show you it working before it goes live on your site or sends anything in your name.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no long-term contract, no cancellation penalty, and you cancel yourself from your account dashboard.
