Everything your customers type, answered.
One assistant trained on your business. It answers visitors on your website 24/7 and books the ones who are ready. It drafts on-brand replies to your Google and Facebook reviews and your inbound email. You approve in a tap, or let it handle the routine ones itself.
Your website chat, your reviews, and your inbox run off the same trained brain, on one bill and one login. It starts at $25 a month flat, which is the cheapest way to start with us. The receptionist works your phone; this works everything people type.
What it handles for you.
Not a canned FAQ widget, and not an auto-responder. One trained assistant working three places: the visitor on your site right now, the review someone left last night, and the email that has been sitting since Friday.
Answers visitors 24/7
It sits on your website and replies the moment someone types, at midnight or on a Sunday. No visitor waits on a form that emails you back on Monday.
Captures and qualifies leads
It asks the questions that matter for your kind of work, gets the name and number, and sorts the ready-to-book from the just-looking before the visitor clicks away.
Books on your calendar
It checks your real availability during the chat, offers open slots, and books the appointment, so a visitor turns into a booking without a callback.
Sells, not just answers
When someone is close to booking, it suggests the upgrade that fits: the maintenance plan, the bigger package, the add-on you set, always something you actually offer. It reads the moment and pitches selectively, so it lifts your ticket without turning pushy.
Answers every review, in your voice
It drafts an on-brand reply to each Google or Facebook review, grounded in your business, so no review sits there ignored. A replied-to review tells the next person reading that someone is paying attention.
Clears the routine email
The repeat questions that fill your inbox, your hours, your pricing, "are you open Saturday", get a ready-to-send draft. You answer in seconds instead of typing the same thing again.
One tap, or fully hands-off
Approve each draft with a tap, or let it auto-send the easy ones and only flag the ones that need you. Every reply is a draft for your approval by default, never a guess sent in your name.
Nothing sits overnight
Reviews and emails get handled around the clock, so a Friday-night review is not still sitting there Monday morning after the customer has moved on.
Trained on your business
We load it with your hours, services, pricing, and FAQs, so it answers and writes about your work the way you would. You never touch a setup screen.
Hands off to a person when needed
When a question needs you, it collects the details and passes the conversation over instead of guessing. It knows what it knows, and where its job ends.
Scoped to your business, on purpose
It talks about your work and nothing else. Ask it to write code or do homework and it politely declines, so it stays on-brand and never gets turned into a free chatbot for strangers.
Add-ons, when you want more.
Review & Referral Requests comes free on every tier. No-Show Shield bolts on for $25/mo, with no new vendor and no new login, and it comes bundled in on the Standard tier.
Review & Referral Requests
Drop in a customer’s email when the job is done and it sends them a one-tap link to leave a public review. Same ask for everyone, email only, never text. When someone writes back privately to say they’re happy, it comes back about a week later to ask that customer for a referral.
No-Show Shield
When it books, it sends a secure link to leave a deposit or put a card on file, with your cancellation policy shown and agreed up front. You never touch the card.
One price, both jobs.
Flat monthly price, no setup fee, no per-chat or per-reply billing. Review replies are never capped on any tier. You pick the monthly chat and email allowances that fit, and step up as your site and your inbox get busier.

Common questions.
How is this different from the AI receptionist?
The receptionist answers your phone. This answers everything people type: the visitor on your website, the review they left, the email they sent. It is the lighter, lower-cost way in, and many businesses run both, one for callers and one for everyone else.
Why is website chat sold together with review and email replies?
Because it is one trained assistant doing one job in three places. The same knowledge of your hours, services and pricing answers a visitor at midnight, writes the reply to last night’s review, and drafts the answer to the email about Saturday hours. Splitting that into two products meant two bills and two logins for the same brain, so we stopped.
What does it actually know?
Only your business. We train it on your hours, services, pricing, and the questions your customers ask, so it answers about your work the way you would. When something falls outside what it was given, it collects the details and hands the conversation to you instead of guessing.
Does it send replies without me seeing them?
Only if you want it to. By default every review and email reply is a draft you approve in one tap. You can switch on auto-send for the routine, low-risk ones and keep approval on for anything sensitive. It never invents facts or sends a guess in your name.
Can it really book appointments?
Yes. It checks your live availability during the chat, offers the open slots, and books the appointment, so a website visitor becomes a booking without a callback or a round of phone tag.
How does the pricing work?
Three tiers, each with a monthly chat allowance and a monthly email allowance. Review replies are uncapped on all three. Essential is $25 for 5,000 chat messages and 1,000 email replies. Basic is $49 for 15,000 and 3,000, and adds Facebook reviews and up to three locations. Standard is $99 for 50,000 and 10,000, with unlimited locations and No-Show Shield included. One chat message is one visitor message the bot answers. Essential is also the add-on that puts all of this on your AI receptionist, so you can run everything from one place.
