Connect First AI Employee to ISN.

Industry software2 routesRoute facts checked August 28, 2026

This page shows every cataloged route for this app and marks the most capable working path. The recommended route is serving now after you authorize your own account.

You authorize and keep control of the provider account. No page view means an account is connected.

Every available route

More than one route is shown when it adds a real capability or gives you a customer-owned alternative. Recommended means most capable today, not already connected.

Zapier

Customer-owned Zapier workflow

Customer setup required

What it does

Preferred when direct delivery is available: connect ISN in the dashboard. First AI Employee verifies the account and company key, finds clients by exact phone, and creates one client for an eligible completed call when no match exists. Alternative: a customer-owned Zap can add guarded order, calendar, or task steps.

Before you start

The direct route creates clients only, not inspection orders or appointments. ISN keys do not expire and carry the full permissions of the user who created them, so use the least-privileged suitable account. Orders, calendar events, and tasks remain Zapier alternatives because they need account-specific inspector, user, time, and order fields.

What it does not do

The direct route creates clients only, not inspection orders or appointments. ISN keys do not expire and carry the full permissions of the user who created them, so use the least-privileged suitable account. Orders, calendar events, and tasks remain Zapier alternatives because they need account-specific inspector, user, time, and order fields.

Set it up
  1. When direct delivery is available, paste your ISN access key, secret, company key, and account host in the dashboard.
  2. Confirm the identity and company-key checks, then let eligible completed calls match or create ISN clients by exact phone.
  3. Use the customer-owned Zapier alternative only for guarded Create Order, Create Calendar Event, or Create Task steps with every required account choice.

Set it up: Direct client delivery

Create the access key under Settings, My Access Keys, using the least-privileged account that can read and create clients.

01

Create an ISN access key.

02

Paste the access key, secret, and company key into Integrations.

03

Complete one non-production call with a caller name and phone.

04

Confirm one matched or newly created ISN client.

05

Delete the key in ISN too when you disconnect.

Verify the complete result

Confirm the client appears exactly once with the expected name and phone, with no order or appointment created.

Account ownership and data boundaries

The route sends only the event fields needed for the action you configure. Provider credentials stay in the approved connection or are sealed by First AI Employee where the guide explicitly says so.

  • Your provider and automation accounts remain yours.
  • A successful transport test is not the same as a verified provider write.
  • The pages never claim a native or two-way sync unless that exact capability exists.

Ready to connect it?

Use the dashboard to authorize your account, select the customer-owned destination, and test the complete downstream result.
