Connect First AI Employee to Jobber.

Industry software2 routesRoute facts checked August 28, 2026

This page shows every cataloged route for this app and marks the most capable working path. This route becomes available after the listed provider, account, and field prerequisites are complete.

You authorize and keep control of the provider account. No page view means an account is connected.

Every available route

More than one route is shown when it adds a real capability or gives you a customer-owned alternative. Recommended means most capable today, not already connected.

Zapier

Customer-owned Zapier workflow

Customer setup required

What it does

Recommended: use a customer-owned Zap to create a Jobber client from a First AI Employee New Lead, then add a job or quote only when your intake supplies the fields you chose. The direct Jobber OAuth adapter is not open to customers today.

Before you start

Jobber requires an active plan that includes its Zapier integration. Creating a client does not schedule work, and a job or quote needs customer-selected fields that are not present on every call.

What it does not do

Jobber requires an active plan that includes its Zapier integration. Creating a client does not schedule work, and a job or quote needs customer-selected fields that are not present on every call.

Set it up
  1. Install the private First AI Employee app in your Zapier account and connect your own Jobber account.
  2. Choose New Lead, then Jobber Create Client.
  3. Add a job or quote step only after mapping the required fields, then test one synthetic lead before activation.

Set it up: Direct dashboard connection

The direct route appears only when First AI Employee enables the Jobber OAuth deployment gates. Then press Connect Jobber, approve access, and choose requests or scheduled jobs. The vetted customer-owned Zapier route below remains available while direct OAuth is closed.

01

Open Integrations and press Connect Jobber.

02

Approve First AI Employee on Jobber’s authorization screen.

03

Choose requests or scheduled jobs and, for scheduled jobs, the default assignee.

04

Complete one non-production call and confirm the client and request or job appear exactly once.

Verify the complete result

Complete one non-production call and confirm the expected Jobber client and request or scheduled job exist exactly once.

Account ownership and data boundaries

The route sends only the event fields needed for the action you configure. Provider credentials stay in the approved connection or are sealed by First AI Employee where the guide explicitly says so.

  • Your provider and automation accounts remain yours.
  • A successful transport test is not the same as a verified provider write.
  • The pages never claim a native or two-way sync unless that exact capability exists.
